Your generosity helps our Franciscan missionaries serve the poor on six continents. Life in the missions is especially challenging as our missionary friars deal with the effects of the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic. In many places, our friars are working longer and harder than ever before. They are feeding the poor who have lost their ability to feed themselves during the shutdown. You can support our Franciscan missionaries.

In other mission locations, the shutdowns are so severe that our friars are not allowed to venture outside their friaries. They cannot celebrate public Masses or work in the local parishes.  These friars have lost the ability to provide for themselves through their direct service and can only celebrate private Masses in the friary. For many of our Franciscan missionaries, Mass stipends provide the financial means to live and serve the poor in some of the most extreme and dangerous places in our world. Our missionaries use stipends to buy food, fuel and medicine.

If you would like to arrange to have a Mass or a series of Masses offered for your intentions, please select the ‘Please Donate’ button below, and select the appropriate Mass or Mass series. After you make your intention and gift, we will arrange for our missionary priests to celebrate the Masses you request as soon as possible.

Your prayers, generous donations and Mass stipends of $10 or more help our friars sustain themselves and also feed the hungry, give water to the thirsty, clothe the naked, shelter the homeless and provide medical treatment to the sick, including some of the poorest children in the world!

Your charity will support our Franciscan missionaries. They need your help to continue serving the poor during these difficult times.

May God richly bless you and protect you!

Gratefully yours,

Brother Andrew Brophy, OFM

Executive Director the Franciscan Missions
